Sick - Repeat Mode


I’m sick and I’m still blogging. . .and still (^_*)

..but im seriously considering now as to why I could easily go down with a fever. Once in every two months has given me some shiver now, as to something could be wrong with my antibody.

Went to the doctor today (a really good looking one, ) – and asked him the question.

kenapa ba sia slu demam ni doctor? Mcm hampir selang sebulan..sb antibody inda ok kah?” (kunun2 mau tunjuk ada knowledge sikit pasal sakit2)

And so he said.. (calmly, seriously, yet steadily,,and not looking at his patient – ME)


“..tidak.. itu mgkin sb ko slu stress.,,makanan tak seimbang, pengaruh cuaca..kalau slu stress memang senang kena demam .. etc etc..etc..stress ..etc”

I remember him using the word STRESS three times.

And me repeating it once like a stupido – “stress?”

Hmm..I think I should agree.

We do live in a stressful environment. This ..that..stuff to think, plans to make, datelines to meet..chores to do..workplace to go..people to meet..bullsh*ts to face to (SIGH..) (-_-)

I really need to UN – stress.

Any suggestions?

(but I do hope I don’t have to think up so much as to which of you guys suggestion will work the best – stress juga itu ..hahaha..JUST KIDDING)

..gosh..i don’t wanna be sick on my wedding day. (+.+)

1st - relax..jgn tambah stress..nanti tambah sakit.

2nd - some ppl said Garlic is natural antibiotik...ntah betul ka teda lah...so makan byk2 garlic kio...

ya betul nc, jgn sakit time wedding aa..kena makan yang kurang lemak, kurang caffein, kurang manis..hehehe..semua yg sedap2 kena kurangkan..hehhe

I thk u should eat more vege & fruits...or even eat vitamin or fish oil to boost ur antibody...if stil unchg, mayb is ur working environment etc, aircon,stress,lack of sweating...or mayb ur real antibody(ur honey la tu) far away fm u so made u easily sick...:D

Wah sian ko sakit pula... as you like to have an opinion kan? hahahaha.. I dunno what to say, as sa pun selalu jak stress, lately turn me to lose weight... Huhuhuhuhu...
Got few friends siad, maybe I am to "professor' alike punya thinking style bah..! Lol..

But just try to happy lorr.. Not by doing crazy thing.. Sometimes when im got stress, then i'll jump to swimming pool (public), then swimming for a many laps, slowly. YA, i feel relaxed..!

Jogging maybe also may helps..
HEhe.. Don't stress2 lorr..!
